Prof. Melissa Anderson and M.Sc. student Talia Moum return from a 5-week expedition to the Reykjanes Ridge, North Atlantic, onboard the R/V Neil Armstrong. They joined a team of American and Icelandic researchers to conduct geophysical surveys on the flanks of the ridge to determine the timing and geometry of the large-scale tectonic reorganizations that occurred there in the Paleogene and continue to the present.
